Did you know that we take around 20,000 breaths per day and for the most part we do this without a lot of consciousness. How we breathe tells a story about how we move, our moods and emotions and how we carry ourselves through the world to name a few.
In this 75 minute breathing workshop we will explore the anatomy and function of the main breathing muscle, The Diaphragm, as well as learning and embodying breathing techniques to improve our breathing and bring more daily consciousness to this integral system that keeps us alive . 
In learning how our own individual breathing patterns impact us, and using tools such as imagery and props, we can improve our movement and even our increase our overall energy!
