This is a great place to start if you have never worked on the Pilates equipment and privates are not in your budget. Classes are small and intimate with 4 people being the maximum in a group class. You will learn the Pilates principles and the fundamentals of the Pilates Reformer. By the end of this 8 week series your body will feel longer, stronger, more flexible and you will have a basic understanding of how to properly engage your deep core muscles
