This membership is charged based on a 4 week billing cycle.
Your pass will become active upon your first class attendance and be renewed every 28 days on your credit card.

*We require 30 days notice to cancel a membership
*We have a 12 hour cancellation policy. Any cancellations outside of this time will be marked as a late cancel charge.
*If you cancel a class you have the 28 day billing cycle to make it up. You can drop into any classes including student led classes to do your make up's
*Make up classes are based on class availability and not guaranteed.
*All class cancellations and changes are done by the client through punchpass.
*If your class falls on a statutory holiday, it is up to the client to make up the class.
*Memberships can be paused for up to 30 days for holidays and or medical leave without charges.

A minimum 14 days notice by email only to lori@mindfulmovement.ca with the subject box 'membership pause'
Clients are required to cancel their classes online before we enable the membership pause
