Join us for this New Year's challenge collaboration between Mindful Movement Pilates and our fabulous neighbors, Feel Good Fitness.

In this 4 week challenge each week you will have 1 Pilates class at Mindful Movement and 1 strength training class at Feel Good Fitness.

We know how important both these modalities are and we want to help you feel your best this year!
