This class takes Mat Pilates into the vertical world and is an excellent addition to your weekly practice, at any level! This is a limited flexion class, with spine safe movement for arthritis and osteoarthritis people in mind. We work through our entire postural chain in standing, engaging our movement by using our breath, leaving us feeling taller, lighter and happier after the 50-minute class.

For this class you need:
1. A sturdy chair, with no arms if possible
2. A medium-heavy theraband or towel
3. A dowel
4. Tennis Ball

These classes are $10 each and can be purchased as a single or a 5x pass.
