This is an athletic style Reformer class will challenge you in all the right ways! The jump board is a way to challenge your stamina in a horizontal plane. These intervals will take you through powerful sets of jumping, intermittent with core and arms.
*This is a fast moving, intermediate class and not recommended for those with injuries or those who have not done at least a moderate level Reformer class. 
*No class Feb 15th for Family Day Holiday
