Pilates for kids 8 week series taught by Meghann Mckinnon
Having a strong and healthy core and a flexible body is an essential building block for our young people today. Especially given all of the time they are now spending on smart phones, iPads and computers. Meghann’s expertise in teaching Pilates and dance to kids will make this class fun, inspiring and exciting and will leave them feeling strong, supple and confident. The foundational exercises and fun movement sequences they will learn in this class will help them develop their deep core muscles and aid them in all their other activities and sports as well as keeping them injury free while moving through their adolescence.
